Familarization, probation, employment
During the familarization phase, new colleagues are being specifically attended. We do consider the probation period as a very important phase. From the very first, we make lucid the demands on the employee. By means of a continuous constructive feedback and comprehensive performance assessments, we send clear signals for the further cooperation.
Right from the start, each employee will be assigned a high degree of personal responsibility for his own action as well as for the decisions made together. Thus everybody creates actively the future of Spring and of his own project.
Regarding the composition of our teams, we pay attention to variety, so we may revert to a large body of experience.
Thus we are a very international team with colleages from around 12 countries currently.
We have set ourselves the target to discover and to develop the specific potential of each employee. Everybody will obtain the possibility to advance his knowledge and abilities and to apply them for the right areas.
